DHA Phase 8 Lahore
DHA Phase 8 is one of the biggest phases of DHA Lahore. Although it is divided in multiple portions. This phase first came into being when DHA acquired two already built societies named as Park View & Air Avenue and renamed them as DHA Phase 8. Then they further acquired more new land aswell & named them as phase 8.
Right now DHA Phase 8 is divided into 4 major portions. Firstly, it is Ex-Park View. Secondly it’s Ex-Air Avenue. Thirdly, it’s proper Phase 8. And fourth and final, is phase 8 IVY Green. Plus, a totally separate commercial area named as Broadway Commercial.
All portions of the phase have possession instead of a few blocks in IVY green. All portions are situated on a great location aswell. Lying between Allama Iqbal Airport, Barki Road, DHA Phase 6 & Main Airport Road.

In phase 8 the rent of it’s properties is according to which portion of it you choose. The rent in air avenue and park view is less as compared to proper phase 8. Whereas, IVY Green does not have many constructed houses or commercials to offer any rental opportunities as of yet.
The rental demand for residential houses starts from PKR 50,000/- to PKR 600,000/- depending on the size, portion & location of the property.
